Private Pilot
Embark on your aviation adventure with our comprehensive program, designed to equip you with the skills and knowledge to become a confident and competent pilot. This program also serves as the training syllabus we will follow for the flight and simulator portion of the program.
You can learn about the program and enroll at Cirrus Private Pilot Program.
Commercial Pilot
A Commercial Pilot Certificate enables you to fly aircraft for compensation or hire, unlocking exciting career opportunities in aviation. Achieving this certification involves rigorous training, including advanced flight maneuvers, instrument navigation, and multi-engine operations. Start by obtaining a Private Pilot License, then enroll in an accredited flight school for commercial pilot training. Accumulate the necessary flight hours, pass the FAA written exam, and complete a check ride with an FAA examiner. With a Commercial Pilot Certificate, you can pursue roles as an airline pilot, charter pilot, or flight instructor, turning your passion for flying into a rewarding profession.
Even if you do not want to fly professionally, this just makes you a better pilot, why not push yourself?
Instrument Rating
An Instrument Rating enhances your pilot skills by allowing you to fly in various weather conditions using only your instruments. This rating is essential for advancing your aviation career and increasing safety. To obtain an Instrument Rating, you must first hold at least a Private Pilot License. Enroll in an accredited flight school for specialized training, focusing on instrument navigation, communication, and flight planning. Accumulate the required instrument flight hours, pass the FAA written exam, and complete a practical test with an FAA examiner. With an Instrument Rating, you can navigate complex airspace and improve your flight proficiency, making you a more versatile and capable pilot.
CFI and CFII Rating
Becoming a Certified Flight Instructor (CFI) allows you to share your passion for aviation by training new pilots. Achieving this certification involves comprehensive training and a deep understanding of aviation principles. Start by holding a Commercial Pilot Certificate, then enroll in a flight instructor course at an accredited flight school. You’ll learn advanced teaching techniques, instructional methods, and refine your flight skills. Pass the FAA written exams and a check ride with an FAA examiner. As a CFI, you can build flight hours, enhance your knowledge, and enjoy a rewarding career guiding aspiring pilots on their journey to becoming proficient aviators.
